Dorado Sushi

Dorado Sushi, formerly Horu Sushi, has quickly become a beloved part of our Lyric Market community. Dorado‘s owner, Danny Liang, aims to cultivate enjoyable Japanese cuisine with the freshest, highest-quality fish and ingredients around. At a young age, Danny moved to New York and worked for his uncle’s restaurant. Later, he moved to Puerto Rico and managed a Chinese & Japanese restaurant for 15 years. Dorado Sushi was named after his home in Puerto Rico, and aims to bring an enjoyable experience for Japanese food lovers.
