Chef Chin “Steve” Liang’s restaurant experience began when he first started working at his parent’s restaurant in Taiwan. Once he perfected the art of sushi, the rest was history! He opened his first Horu Sushi Kitchen in Dallas, and now brings his concept to Houston.
