Peppaz HTX is a women owned small business. They believe that consistency, quality and love is important for every dish they put out. They started their business in 2018 making plates and doing catering events. In 2021 they decided that they wanted to invest in their purpose and started a food truck. Their food truck made three years in February 2025. Peppaz specializes in chicken. They have a chicken sandwich, several types of chicken tacos, chicken wings, one of a kind fried broccoli and freshly squeezed lemonade, & more!
