Samurai Noodle

Established in 2006 in Seattle, Samurai Noodle aims to bring the authentic Japanese Ramen experience to all Houstonians. The concept originates from small Ramen shops run throughout Japan that focus their energy on creating rich broth, chewy noodles, and succulent pork. In March 2015, Samurai Noodle expanded its offering to our very own Lyric Market in the hopes of sharing with all Houstonians the exciting taste of Seattle’s best Ramen shop.
